Cefalù, Sicily | Meeting Point

Cefalù is a charming coastal town in northern Sicily, an hour from Palermo, and will be our official wedding main point.

We chose it because we know everyone wants to travel, explore, and experience the best of their journey, and this place has it all: crystal-clear sea, vibrant cobblestone streets, pastel-colored facades covered in flowers, bakeries scented with pistachios and limoncello, and a cheerful, relaxed energy that captivates you at every turn.

This is where we recommend you stay and enjoy your stay before the big day. Organized buses will depart from Cefalù to take you to the castle for the ceremony. So don't worry about transportation, just pack smiles and good spirits!

🏖️ Relaxing on the beach

Cefalù Beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or simply enjoying an aperitif with your feet in the sand. The sea is clear and calm, and the view of the old town from the shore is magical.

🍕 Eat like a local

Family-run pizzerias, trattorias with sidewalk seating, and ice cream parlors that seem like something out of a dream. Don't miss a good Sicilian pizza, arancini (stuffed rice balls), a lemon granita to cool off, and of course, the pistachio gelato!

🕍 Visit the Norman Cathedral, the Duomo di Cefalù

It's a World Heritage Site and one of Sicily's architectural gems. Its Byzantine mosaics are simply stunning.

🚶 Getting lost in the narrow streets Wandering aimlessly through the historic center is part of the charm: balconies with clothes hanging, hidden plazas, craft shops, and music in the streets.

🏰 Climb La Rocca A hike with a bit of effort, but spectacular views as a reward. From the top of La Rocca you can see all of Cefalù, the

endless sea and the mountains of the island's interior. Ideal for a sunset photo.
